近來很閒，

所以有空會看一下無記劇集。

發現師奶股神還可以的，主角配角都演得幾好的。

今集珠姐提到大樹的故事，那是一個很有意思的故事。

故事本身來自一本很我很喜歡的童書繪本The Giving Tree.

因為是童書，所以並不深奧，字也很淺。

找到文字版，所以貼出來分享一下。

Once there was a tree…and she loved a little boy.
But time went by.                               
And the boy grew older.                          
And the tree was often alone.                      

Then one day the boy came to the tree
and the tree said, “Come, boy, come and climb up
my trunk and swing from my branches and eat apples
and play in my shade and be happy.”
“I am too big to climb and play,” said the boy.
“ I want to buy things and have fun.
I want some money.
Can you give me some money?”
“I’m sorry,” said the tree, “but I have no 
  money.”
I have only leaves and apples.
Take my apples, boy, and sell them in the city.
Then you will have money and you will be happy.”
And so the boy climbed up the tree and gathered
her apples and carried them away.
And the tree was happy.

But the boy stayed away for a long time…and the
tree was sad.
And then one day the boy came back and the tree
shook with joy and she said,
“Come, Boy, climb up my trunk and swing from my 
  branches and be happy.”
“I am too busy to climb trees,” said the boy.”
”I want a house to keep me warm,” he said.
”I want a wife and I want children, and so I need
a house. Can you give me a house? ”
”I have no house,” said the tree.
”The forest is my house, but you may cut off my 
  branches and build a house.
Then you will happy.”

And so the boy cut off her branches and
carried them away to build his house.
And the tree was happy.

But the boy stayed away for a long time…
And when he came back,
the tree was so happy
she could hardly speak.
”Come, Boy,” she whispered, ”come and play.”
”I am too old and sad to play,” said the boy.
”I want a boat that will take far away from here;
Can you give me a boat?”
”Cut down my trunk and make a boat,”said the tree.
”Then you can sail away…and be happy.”
And so the boy cut down her trunk and made a boat
and sailed away.

And the tree was happy…
but not really.

And after a long time
the boy came back again.
”I am sorry, Boy,” said the tree,” but I have nothing left to give you—
My apples are gone. ”
”My teeth are too weak for apples,” said the boy.
”My branches are gone,” said the tree.
”You cannot swing on them—”
”I am too old to swing on branches,” said the boy.
”My trunk is gone,” said the tree.
”You cannot climb—”
”I am too tired to climb,” said the boy.
”I am sorry,” sighed the tree.
”I wish that I could give you something…
but I have nothing left, I am just an old stump.
I am sorry….”
”I don’t need very much now,” said the boy,
”just a quiet place to sit and rest. I am very 
  tired.”
”Well,” said the tree,
straightening herself up as much as she could,
”well, an old stump is good for sitting and resting. Come, Boy, sit down. Sit down and rest.”

And the boy did.
And the tree was happy.

 

有一棵奉獻樹，深愛著一個小男孩。男孩天天在枝椏間嬉戲、在樹蔭下休憩，慢慢的長大了。有一天，他向樹要錢，說是想買一些他喜歡的東西。樹沒有錢，只有枝葉和蘋果。於是樹讓他把蘋果摘了，到街上去賣錢。男孩照著樹的話去做，看到男孩滿意的樣子，樹很高興。

    不久，男孩又來了，說他現在已經是個成人了，得要有間自己的房子。於是樹讓他把枝椏砍去，自己搭間房子。後來，男孩向樹說他厭倦了故鄉，想要到遠方尋找陽光燦爛的日子，樹於是又把主幹給了他，讓他自己造條小船出海去追尋夢想。看著男孩去滿懷壯志地去尋找新的人生，樹很高興。

    幾年之後，男孩倦游歸來，又來到樹的身邊。樹看看自己僅存的樹墩，十分抱歉地對男孩說：「如今我只剩下一個老樹墩，實在沒有東西可給你了」。男孩虛弱的笑笑，對樹說，現在我需要的也不多了，只想有個安靜的地方，好好休息一下。樹說，既然是這樣，那麼我這老樹墩還是挺管用的，「來吧，坐下來，好好的休息一會兒」。男孩聽話的坐下，於是樹還是好高興。

藉著這次分享，我又再一次拿起這本書重溫一下。

簡單的文字、可愛的圖畫，就是很感動。

有一句說話說得很對:「好的故事是歷有不衰的。」

看著想著，也帶給跟以前很不同的感覺、感動。

第一次看的時候，那時在拍拖，想到的是愛情，覺得那棵樹很偉大。

那時跟自己說我一定要做那棵樹，於是跟女友說我要做你的giving tree..

結果就是什麼也give唔到，兩個月就分手了。

現在的感覺就是……有點酸酸的感覺…

一下子觸起了太多的東西..

我做了太多次男孩而不自知，

現在只想好好向大家…….
